Candles are shipped STRAIGHT to your customers for the low shipping rate of $5.99 per order. Orders over $100 ship free. If your group is within our delivery/pickup radius, you can choose to forego shipping costs. All candles ship within three weeks after the fundraiser closes.

Do we only have access to certain scents during certain times of the year? Or do we have access to the full catalogue at all times?

Great news! Our fundraisers are always run with access to the FULL catalogue of scents--that’s 53 scents all year round! This allows your customers to purchase gifts for different seasons ahead of time! Maybe they want to save some candles for housewarming gifts; maybe they want to buy Christmas gifts in the fall! With access to all scents, there’s something for everyone!

How do my customers place their orders? Do they have to live close by?

All order will be placed online by your customers through www.whiteclaywicksfundraising.com. We offer a flat rate shipping of $5.99 for all orders (individual orders over $100 ship FREE), and we ship directly to your customers’ houses! We offer an option for pickup/dropoff (no shipping) only for groups within a 20 mile radius of Landenberg, PA.

How long will the fundraiser run? How long will it take for our customers to receive their items?

You have the ability to choose how long you’d like to run your fundraiser. Our recommendation is to run your fundraiser for 2-3 weeks. Once your fundraiser closes, all of your customers’ orders will ship within 3 weeks. Once shipped, it usually takes about 2-5 business day to receive the order.

How do I ensure that we get credit for all of our sales? How much money will we make? When and how do we get our money?

Your group will be assigned a “group code” that your customers will be required to type in as they add each candle to their cart. Your group will receive 20% of the total candle sales, so the more you sell, the more you make! We will cut your group a check as soon as your fundraiser closes.

what type of wax do you use?

We make all of our candles with non-toxic, eco-friendly soy coconut wax.

What's your return policy?

If a customer receives a candle that has broken during shipping or is unhappy with the candle in any way, we will replace the candle for no charge.
