Great news! Our fundraisers are always run with access to the FULL catalogue of scents--that’s 53 scents all year round! This allows your customers to purchase gifts for different seasons ahead of time! Maybe they want to save some candles for housewarming gifts; maybe they want to buy Christmas gifts in the fall! With access to all scents, there’s something for everyone!
All order will be placed online by your customers through www.whiteclaywicksfundraising.com. We offer a flat rate shipping of $5.99 for all orders (individual orders over $100 ship FREE), and we ship directly to your customers’ houses! We offer an option for pickup/dropoff (no shipping) only for groups within a 20 mile radius of Landenberg, PA.
You have the ability to choose how long you’d like to run your fundraiser. Our recommendation is to run your fundraiser for 2-3 weeks. Once your fundraiser closes, all of your customers’ orders will ship within 3 weeks. Once shipped, it usually takes about 2-5 business day to receive the order.
Your group will be assigned a “group code” that your customers will be required to type in as they add each candle to their cart. Your group will receive 20% of the total candle sales, so the more you sell, the more you make! We will cut your group a check as soon as your fundraiser closes.
We make all of our candles with non-toxic, eco-friendly soy coconut wax.
If a customer receives a candle that has broken during shipping or is unhappy with the candle in any way, we will replace the candle for no charge.
